Terms of Service
The rules that govern our website, portal and services.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Rescue First Aid Training Pvt. Ltd. website, the RFA-TMS portal, and our examination, training and diagnostic services. By using the site or portal you accept these terms.
2. Services
Medical examinations are conducted by government-approved physicians and result in fitness certificates with defined validity periods. Training programmes are delivered by certified trainers and result in training certificates upon successful assessment. Service scope, scheduling and pricing are agreed per engagement.
3. Portal accounts
Portal access is provisioned per role (admin, vendor, trainer, diagnostic centre). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
4. Certificates
Certificates remain valid only for their stated period and only for the named holder. Each certificate carries a QR code and cryptographic fingerprint for verification; any alteration voids the certificate. We may revoke certificates issued on the basis of false information, and the online register is the authoritative record of validity.
5. Client obligations
Employers and vendors must supply accurate employee information, ensure employees attend scheduled examinations and training, and use certificates only for lawful employment and compliance purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The website, portal, certificate designs and associated software remain our property. You may not copy, reproduce or reverse-engineer them, or use our name and credentials in marketing without written consent.
7. Liability
Fitness and training certificates reflect the assessment conducted on the stated date; they are not a guarantee of future health or performance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
